Terms & Conditions
1. The programme
The Waste For Space Community Partners programme is operated by Waste For Space Ltd. Approved organisations may earn a reward for qualifying jobs referred to Waste For Space.
2. Reward
The reward is 10% of the qualifying job value excluding VAT. Rewards are subject to these terms, the individual partnership agreement and profitability approval by Waste For Space.
3. Qualifying jobs
A job qualifies only when it was correctly attributed to the partner, has been completed by Waste For Space, has been paid for in full by the customer, and has been approved. Quotes, bookings, uncompleted or unpaid work do not qualify.
4. No guaranteed earnings
Waste For Space does not guarantee any level of referrals, jobs or rewards. Any figures shown on this website are illustrative only.
5. Attribution
Referrals are attributed using the partner's referral code, referral link or QR code, as recorded by Waste For Space. Where attribution is unclear or disputed, Waste For Space's records will apply. Each job can earn a reward for one partner only.
6. Payment
Approved rewards are paid after the qualifying job has been completed and payment has been collected, and are reported in monthly statements. Payment timing and method are set out in the partnership agreement.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancelled or refunded jobs do not qualify. Where a reward has been recorded or paid for a job that is later refunded or adjusted, Waste For Space may adjust future rewards accordingly.
8. Pilot period
Each partner starts an individual pilot of 30 calendar days from the date its partnership agreement is signed. The partnership is reviewed at the end of the pilot and may continue following approval.
9. Monthly reporting
Statements are produced per calendar month, regardless of the partner's pilot start date.
10. Suspension and termination
Either party may end the partnership in accordance with the partnership agreement. Waste For Space may suspend or terminate a partnership, and withhold unapproved rewards, where there is misuse, misrepresentation or breach of these terms.
11. Promotion
Partners must promote Waste For Space honestly and must not make claims about prices, services or guarantees beyond approved programme materials.
